- dragonwriter 1y agoOf China? Technically, I believe, no, in the sense of having a mutual defense pact; practically, yes, at least, more so than they are of, say, the US (with whom they also do not have a mutual defense pact), which has legally designated Pakistan a "major non-NATO ally".
