Indeed there's a Samsung IDE: http://www.samsungdforum.com/Devtools/Sdkdownload http://www.samsungdforum.com/Devtools/Sdkdownload (they offer SDK Download for Eclipse, and SDK Download for Samsung IDE). I haven't downloaded it but I'm assuming it's the one in the screenshot.
