By "dumps" are you talking about the information HIBP makes available? Or the raw, leaked data it came from (potentially containing breached passwords and whatnot).
- charcircuit 2y agoHIBP makes barely anyone information available. By dumps I mean the full database dump that was taken from somewhere. Yes, this could include password (potentially hashed), names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, etc.
