What is "this way"? I didn't see anything really shocking here. PIP workers and those fired are no longer eligible for internal transfer or rehire within 2 years. Makes sense at face value, lots of fish in the sea and all that. AI conversational training tools make sense too. Many managers are too conflict adverse to even give negative feedback, let alone confront people for not doing their job.
