Since we’re doing hot takes for a satirical article, the article heavily focuses of Hgb increases related to smoking.
However, the author fails to mention that smoking significantly affects ventilation/perfusion, which would be more important in high-intensity activity.
- Nevermark 2y agoIn there next paper they recommend highly processed foods microwaved in plastic containers to mitigate and even improve ventilation, perfusion. With the additional benefit of catabolism suppression by reducing overall human anatomical biodegradability.
