If one is using roaming, does it show the IP of locality they are actually in or the IP assigned to their home operator? I vaguely remember that it's the latter.
- fabioborellini 2y agoAt least with European 2G/3G/4G it's the latter, their home country IP.
- bilekas 2y agoI honestly don't know, I am just trying to do mental gymnastics to imagine why this would even happen. Also I haven't played with eSIM cards either and so I'm not sure their behaviour.
- Muromec 2y agoI don't think eSIM would make a difference here, it's job is mostly to derive a secret.
