It is super-annoying to work with someone who is super-pompous and arrogant. At times I attempted to share “wisdom” with the super-pompous and arrogant, which has ended poorly each time, devolving into a bitter war where I lose my patience, and then self-isolate. These people are almost unavoidable, though. Maybe one day we’ll be able to just work with others whenever we want to, but until then, good luck.
