Another example is Russia reviving its passenger aircraft manufacturing, including wrapping up the development and certification of modern, fuel efficient engines. And then, after the market saturates in a few years, China will start selling future versions of those accelerators to whoever wants them, for much cheaper than NVIDIA's cost.
