- delichon 1y agoWhen my dad was dying we looked for a symbolically meaningful occasion for him to strive to live for. There were no weddings or births or graduations coming up. But we found one that had deep meaning to all of us. "Dad, if you live for another 38 months we'll get a huge break on inheritance taxes." He just smiled and shook his head.
