Leaving Reddit has significantly improved my quality of life. Would recommend it to anyone.
- epolanski 1y agoI can confirm that deleting Instagram/Facebook has improved my QoL. But I have a hard time ditching Reddit, I canceled accounts multiple times, yet at some point I need to discuss something for which there's only a subreddit online and I'm back at square one.
