No, he's not in MS-13. I mean, the White House said that, but it's apparently a lie in that it has not been proven in any courts. Not allowing the government to spirit people out of the country without judicial oversight is a hill a million Americans have literally died on. Get in front of a judge first and then deport. It's easy. Even scotus is trying to stop him.
