Amazon has it's own for privacy concerns or whatnot. It's terrible. And my org adopted KPI's for increasing usage of it.

    They're tracking accepted suggestions by employee. With the success metric being higher numbers in both dimensions. A useless metric if you ask me. There's no customer in that metric
