What if they changed their password right after being arrested, and then forgot? Immediately after changing your password does tend to be the time most people forget their passwords.
- Braxton1980 1y agoPossible but how would you prove that? If there's an excuse for something that is difficult to disprove because it's based on the word of the person it would undermine the justice system. Imagine if ignorance of the law was an excuse.
