I'm absolutely with you. It's the pointlessness of cozy games that gets me. It's just clicking around and a weird attempt at making you feel like you've accomplished something (instead of running on a hamster wheel). Far Cry 4, half life 2, or fallout new Vegas are my go to destress games. I also love Lovecraft and The King in Yellow when I need to space out and relax.
