- rolph 1y agonomatter what way you lean, collapse of centralized "social order" regardless of source, leads toward adversity, the solution set could be isolationist, or could be a fallback to localized social order. former is a competetive dynamic, latter is cooperative. i would suspect results such as rural enclaves, vs urban killing fields and tribalism, based on typical quality of social glue
- LinuxBender 1y agoFor what it's worth emergency preparedness does not have to be a left or right issue. I believe it is a human and pet survival issue.
