  Not sure why Figma needed to step out of their way to do something like this, but "dev mode" is not as serious of a case..makes me a bit concerned where their heads are

  I once got an email from a competitor because we had their logo on a comparison page. Amusingly this email sounded legal-ish, and their title almost sounded like they were an attorney. But their linked in profile was different and it was clear they were in marketing.
