What's the proper ratio? If you want the best and brightest, statistically the vast majority will be from outside the US. Doesn't it benefit us to capture those people into our economy?
- RandomBacon 2y agoI wonder what percentage of those students stay in the U.S. after graduation. I think that buying goodwill across the globe is also important for those that do not stay in the U.S. after graduation. And having educated neighbors is also important.
