Actually I care that you, Vyrealian, cannot be deported to a foreign prison without a hearing, even if the President of the United States says you're an illegal immigrant in MS13.
And if you're any kind of American, you should care about that, too.

Is he here illegally, was arrested with MS-13 members, found in two courts to be an MS-13 member, and himself has tattoos like one that LITERALLY SAYS MS-13 on this knuckles. Yea but hey whatever. Poor “Maryland Man” just minding his own business and kicked out of the country he entered illegally and remained for decades despite deportation orders. What a fucking strange hill to die on.
- beej71 2y agoNo, he's not in MS-13. I mean, the White House said that, but it's apparently a lie in that it has not been proven in any courts. Not allowing the government to spirit people out of the country without judicial oversight is a hill a million Americans have literally died on. Get in front of a judge first and then deport. It's easy. Even scotus is trying to stop him.
