Of course, most situations like this don't come to firing--like with Carole, the bureaucracy simply takes away everything you love and makes it clear you will never advance. It's much simpler when people "choose" to leave.

You should probably dig through your right-wing propaganda outlet's database to support your position so you can provide cites to be responded to. I'm certainly not going to read through a hundred reports like "Antifa demands [person] be fired" and "Professor says he was fired for using N-word" to make your argument for you. Absent providing evidence of your claims, it seems reasonable to conclude that your position is unsupportable.
