- ChrisMarshallNY 1y agoThere's no outward indication of the authors. It looks official enough, but my experience is that government/foundation types like to splash their brand all over their works, and there's no branding. The chap behind it seems pretty well-qualified, though: https://www.cedricbonhomme.org https://www.cedricbonhomme.org
- evanjrowley 1y agoCould this be CERT-EU[0]? Fun fact: US-CERT was the predecessor to CISA[1]. [0] https://cert.europa.eu https://cert.europa.eu [1] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Computer_Emergency_Readiness_Team https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Computer_Emergen...
- iglocska 1y agoNo, it's CIRCL, which is a CERT in Luxembourg. https://www.circl.lu https://www.circl.lu
- zerkten 1y agoI was asking myself the same thing. Is the "CIRCL - Computer Incident Response Center Luxembourg" a partner organisation to CERT? I don't follow this very closely, but it felt like there was some kind of global network. I'd be curious if there was a continuity plan of some sort. There is also https://cert.europa.eu/ https://cert.europa.eu/ which might be used interchangeably.

- currysausage 1y agoCERT stands for Computer Emergency Response Team. CIRCL, the supposed operator behind gcve.eu [1], "is the CERT for the private sector, communes and non-governmental entities in Luxembourg" [2]. - Aissen 1y agoThere are many CERTs. CIRCL is a CERT.
