"...Frankly, it’s not my thing. I’m much more interested in crushing an opponent than telling a story in a group...." That says a lot about chess egos. Chess is so overrated. Esp. as a pedagogical tool (narrow thinking in a very restricted environment, no learning to cope with randomness)
