Yeah, that's great and all, but you lost the people who can do the function. Now all you have is a department that is "over" that. But being able to competently do the function matters more than just having a spot for it on the bureaucratic org chart.

- Jtsummers 1y agoThis happened in the 90s, it was disastrous then too. Offices had significant cuts with the functions rolled over to the remaining people. Also hiring freezes at various points. Let's hope there's no real war on the horizon.
- unclebucknasty 1y agoOnly question is the size of the upcoming contracts for some newly formed firm(s) or existing firm(s), adjacent to this administration.
