A warrant is not a guilty verdict, obviously. Do you think everyone the police arrest are ruled guilty before a trial even commences?

The ICC is highly stretching its jurisdiction as Israel is not a signee Starvation is not consistent with an act of genocide even as per your source and there is very little evidence of starvation in Gaza except for the Israeli hostages. It is actually pretty easy to view the endless stream of videos coming out from gaza, some even show obesity

    So what's your explanation of the many pictures of Gazans that are not close to malnourishment? If there's no food shouldn't this show everywhere? I see properly fed people in every search for photos/videos from the war, unless if I specifically try to search for starvation, and even then there's not much variety and these repeat

      That's like saying there were pictures of jews who were not malnuritioned during the holocaust, so it must be fake! There are many who died from starvation, this is a fact. Don't be a genocide denier. The israelis have been controlling food and water and electricity from Gaza for a long time now, they have never been free.

        If the Israelis have used their many-years-long control of food, water, and electricity (which BTW they provide because Hamas destroyed Gaza's native water aquifers by polluting them during weapons manufacturing, as well as stealing and hoarding the fuel for power generation in order to run their underground attack tunnels such that the local power plants can't run) in order to starve the Gazans to death, why has the population gone up instead of down? In the Holocaust, the population went down — by many many millions of people.

        This "argument" again. I swear it's always the same trite copy-pasted ones. This is not open for debate - there is mass starvation, there are war crimes, the ICC is after the heads of the mafia. There are many, many documentaries about the horrors that have befallen Gaza for many years now, including by anti zionist jews.

        The ICC wants a trial; no one has been convicted of anything, and certainly not a genocide starting in 1948. Asserting something (as you do) doesn't make it true. And you keep being given the same argument since you haven't rebutted it — perhaps you can't.

        There are clear interviews with zionist members confessing their crimes, so yes, the evidence is there. There is a reason that the whole world is against what israel is doing, except the US who is supporting it.
