I know FCC is firmly science, but curious: does it help in this area of tech also?
- tomaskafka 2y agoI remember seeing a thread from a guy from ASML about this, he clearly said that any academic use is a lucky by-effect; China is building this to obsolete ASML for chip manufacturing.
