Gmail's spam filtering is the best in reach. That is 90% of why Google has any presence at my clients. Chrome sync is 85% of the reason for Chrome browser installs. But that is nearly undone by the poor profile experience when number of Chrome users exceeds 1. The other 15% is Gmail committing seppuku when it detects Firefox.
