- robocat 2y agoBefore Microsoft bought Skype they cancelled my balance after ~6 months. It was only €10 but I never used Skype again because discovering balance has gone to €0, just when you need to make a call, was frustrating.
- RandomBacon 2y agoThe company they use to manage the Skype Numbers also stole one of my phone numbers a few months ago (porting shenanigans). It was a decent number combination, but ultimately not that valuable and not in use. It's not worth me persuing, but one of these days I'll get around to filing a police report. I guess I should probably file it sooner rather than later. Microsoft's "Executive Customer Relations" was a joke. The FCC wasn't very helpful either. I guess I can still get the FTC involved.
