- quintes 2y agoVirtual call only allowing them to use AI in the background? Some test that is done at home? Yeah then will need to rethink how you hire
- rvz 2y agoHow to solve the problem before hiring the candidate: Either: * Onsite Leetcode with pair programming. Or * Back to whiteboard challenges without a computer. Eliminates 98% of any fraudulent cheating candidate in the interview before you make a bad hire. That's it, Job done.
