Seems like you could sue. You are paying into SS, and that should give anyone "standing" to open up a lawsuit. Seems like a great opportunity for a young law firm to make a name for themselves.
- mcintyre1994 2y agoYou should look up the targeting of law firms by Trump to understand why that’s unlikely. He’s found a method to destroy any law firm that opposes him, it’s obviously corrupt but Republicans don’t care so it works. My understanding is he passes an executive order that bans their staff from federal court buildings.
