You say, I understand, that some are investigated because of tattoos; we understand some of them are being deported; then you seem to state that the deportation is not because of the tattoos. Well, it seems after the tattoos... And the press does not make it evident that proper evidence is sought - it makes it look very discretionary. What was the intended logic?
