We've just published a new approach to AI architecture that breaks from both the anthropomorphic robot model and the passive tool paradigm. The Transformation Locker concept proposes a three-tier architecture: · Core (stable intelligence) · Personas ("digital clothing" for context-specific behavior) · Bodies ("taxis" - temporary physical interfaces) The model optimizes for energy efficiency, specialization, flexibility and distributed presence, while creating new markets for AI personas and physical interfaces. "By transforming our understanding of AI from a tool or rival to a partner, we open the way to a future where technology and humanity evolve together, enriching and supporting each other." Feedback from the technical community would be especially valuable, as we're actively developing this model and planning initial prototypes.
