If I go to Japan, I am more than happy that earthquake and typhoon warnings are provided in English too. Putting peoples in harm's way just because they don't speak the language is petty, especially for a country as rich as the US, even more especially when they make such a big thing of their superior technology and Silicon Valley and AI... Artificial intelligence can't beat human stupidity, apparently.
