- rickdeckard 2y agoJust a gut-feeling, but in country with high level of corruption I wouldn't feel comfortable to ride a train that accelerates >240km/h. Chances are, robust process-structures and engineering capabilities didn't rank that high as decision-factors for supplier and operations companies...
