- duxup 2y ago165 residents and it appears many are retired. I’m not sure this is as much as a digital nomad thing as a floating condo.
- jerlam 2y agoPurchasing an apartment on board starts at $2 million, plus the annual maintenance fees which can range from $60 000 to $270 000. If you have to ask 'how much?', you probably can't afford it.
