You can run a version of CYC that was released online as opencyc https://github.com/asanchez75/opencyc https://github.com/asanchez75/opencyc . This is when a version of the system was posted on source forge and the GitHub has the dataset and the KB and inference engine. Note it has been written in an old version of Java.
