- cesarb 2y ago> Do not put your money into Pix You do not "put your money into Pix", your money is in your bank account. Pix is just a bank transfer mechanism; if you have a Brazilian bank account, you can send and receive through Pix.
- tumsfestival 2y agoOh boy here we go, the bolsonaristas are here to claim that Bolsonaro and his cronies definitely didn't try to overthrow the current government in favor of a military dictatorship and that there's definitely not a mountain of evidence pointing in that direction. Nope, it has to be some deep state commie conspiracy of course.
- carlosjobim 2y agoIt was not Bolsonaro who was put in jail, it was his political opponent.
- Vilian 2y agoAnd he got out, using the same justice system, because of the irregularities of the arrest, not sure if it's an authoritarian indicative or just the justice system being terrible slow
- carlosjobim 2y agoPutting an elected president – current or former – in prison should never happen, in my opinion.
- celsoazevedo 2y agoAs far as I'm aware, Pix is just a way to transfer money. You do "put money" into Pix. Regarding the rest, I'm not following Brazilian politics that closely, but if politicians try to stop a democratic transition of power, then any functional democracy has to deal with them. I don't know how you can do that without doing things like jailing those who were involved. We can't do whatever we want and then call it political prosecution.
- celsoazevedo 2y ago> You do "put money" into Pix. I meant to say "you don't" here.
