I had very similar thoughts while reading through the article. I also have found some real value in LLMs, and when used well, I think can and will be quite beneficial. Notably, a good number the examples were just straight-up bad management, irrespective of the tools being used. I also think some of these reactions are people realizing that they work for managers or in businesses that ultimately don't really care about the quality of their work, just that it delivers monetary value at the end.
