- foobahify 2y agoThat is harder. I think HN litigated this pretty hard in another thread, but delineating paid vs non-paid is not always clear.
- forgetfreeman 2y agoI'm unconvinced based on legal precedents around tobacco advertising and pharmaceutical company sales reps. There are well-established legal definitions for all relevant terms here.
