- nielsbot 2y agoFor one thing we spend more than the next 9 countries combined. That’s a huge lost opportunity cost. Dollars spent on “defense” are dollars we could spend on healthcare, education, infrastructure, housing, the arts and more. Give me reasons we should spend nearly $1T on our military.
