I guess that's why he was still working at the patent office for fourish years after his Miracle Year?
And I guess this is like all the other cases where new scientific theories were immediately accepted, of which you can name precisely zero, I imagine?
- mnky9800n 1y agoIt’s very few years in physics. Einstein was lucky to see so many outcomes and impacts of his work. Maxwell, Boltzmann, Meitner, noether, and plenty of other physicists didn’t really get to see the impact of their work. But like some things that Einstein predicted, like a BE condensate, were not verified until long after he died.
