  Hall was ousted from velodyne. He's salty. He began selling shares because he didn't like the direction of the company and was unhappy about being forced out of it, he told the Business Journal. From almost the moment he was pushed out until this spring, he fought a war with Velodyne in the press, at shareholder meetings and in the courts.
