- sightbroke 2y agoI doubt price hikes hurt Apple as much as other brands. Apple is good at branding & marketing, they're partially a luxury good & status symbol, and have ecosystem lock-in. These things makes it harder for people to switch to a potentially cheaper option.

- sleepyguy 2y agoMy hand-me-down XS Max needs to last at least another 3-4 years. My goal is 10 years, and I think I can make it. The phone still works great, and the battery is at 88%. I am not buying anything for the next few years and hunkering down hard. I refuse to participate in this administration's economy.
