I'm sure the government, led by Elon Musk, has no conflict of interest with Tesla, run by Elon Musk, that would EVER give Tesla an unfair advantage against its competitors through regularly capture or something similar.
- Muromec 2y agoUS government en general is know for it's great judgement, meritocracy and adherence to the highest ethical standards, not just the absence of conflicts of interest in particular.
- fallingknife 2y agoWhich is exactly why they should mandate performance and not procedure. It's easy to bias a procedure towards one company but very hard to bias a performance standard.
