For the restaurants mentioned in the article, I fully agree. Especially because you're not losing much quality. A pizza hut pizza will be just as bad at a pizza hut as it will be 15 minutes later at home or in a park. The same goes for the mostly deep fried or microwaved food at Applebee's or a Wing Joint. But I will still opt to eat in at nicer establishments, where I'm paying for quality and don't want to suffer any lose of it. A nice plus is they usually have a nice atmosphere and a selection of cocktails/cocktails that I wouldn't make at home.
