  I think maybe you one don’t understand how payroll works and two need to put more effort into participating. Or less.

    Payroll taxes are paid into social security as an insurance payment. It is a percentage of what you pay the employee. Some might say that it is part of the employees pay. I don't know what that has to do with taxing marketing spend.

    Are you talking about consumption taxes like sales tax? That depends on where you are in the world. If you are referring to lack of personal income tax deductions in your local tax code, I don't know where you live, but they are quite common.
