I fully agree in theory. In practice everything gets poisoned due to the circular earth global-level natural recyling system. So basically you need to steam distill water to remove pollutants, plant your own veggies in non-plastic containers, test your own soil, keep your kids out of public schools... It's doable, but you really need to put in the hours!
