Yep all good on the citizenship front for EU/Canada (I can do it). I'm more ignorant about how to move a company (thinking of starting a new one over there and then "selling" the assets into the new entity but this is just conjecture). Agreed on the English speaking (or a country that has more of a bilingual culture)
