I know you are trying to be helpful, but this is a bandaid at best. I also wouldn't feel comfortable installing this on a computer that is security critical.

The other thing is that Windows is annoying. Where Fedora 'just works', Windows needs a third party debloater tool? I'm certain its not going to fix all the items I listed as well..
