We already have that. It's called courts.
- ty6853 2y agoI'm not saying smart contractors are more effective but they might be more accessible to the plebs than hiring a lawyer to prosecute your case.
- breakyerself 2y agoMaybe if they're well regulated otherwise they'll just become another vehicle for corporations to take advantage of the same plebs.

- __MatrixMan__ 2y agoSome people just ignore the courts, or delay them more or less indefinitely. This whole figure-it-out-after-the-fact-if-something-goes-wrong thing we're doing has a lot of opportunity for improvement.
