That’s extradition, it’s a completely different process, unrelated to deporting illegal aliens. Moreover, I specifically gave Britain as an example target, and these concerns are not relevant for extraditing to Britain.
- ceejayoz 2y agoWe don’t deport some people to their home countries for the same reasons, and the same convention on torture that forbids it. The UK, incidentally, does the same for us if sending someone here would result in the death penalty.
