Yeah, because we are a remote-first company, we only hire mid-level & senior engineers. I think it does a disservice to early career engineers to work remote. T

Yeah, because we are a remote-first company, we only hire mid-level & senior engineers. I think it does a disservice to early career engineers to work remote. There is a lot you can learn by working in a much higher bandwidth communication setting.
